ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs technical support activities related to test with engineering approaches to
• Effectively respond teach work request in term of productivity improvement, quality and cost
• Releases, adds and changes process instruction
• Establishes appropriate performance report
• Develop and support systematice tools to help day-to-day operations work.
• Supervises technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
• Performs related work as assigned.
• Co-ordinates with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product.

AuthorityIn order for the incumbent to deliver the expected outcome, the incumbent is authorized to perform the following:

• Make own decision under responsibility.
• Propose purchasing requisition.
• Propose for any improvement.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HDD Manufacturing or electronics industry is preferred
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a software analyst or related function.

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of HDD process and technology, HDD test process
• Good knowledge of Automation system
• Knowledge in Robotic systems will be an advantage
• A highly analytical mindset and ability to understand business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Hands-on experience with technical projects is a must.
• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting recommended.
