As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the WLS Flow Products – Loan Servicing Team, you will spearhead escalated requests, research complex asks for high-impact clients, and lead training and project initiatives. You will work closely with team members, managers, and market partners to ensure efficient loan servicing operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process line of credit and loan-related transactions on multiple loan systems.
- Focus on high-volume activities requiring interaction with multiple internal partners.
- Interact with team members, managers, market partners, audit, legal, and risk teams.
- Serve as the primary trainer for new and existing staff.
- Edit and update procedures with feedback from global managers.
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on multiple loan servicing functions.
- Create and execute UAT testing scripts across applications.
- Handle medium to complex research and escalation requests.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Existing Grade 450 - Loan Servicing Specialist IV within any WLS Flow team.
- High productivity and quality performance metric; top 30% of the current team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
