As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the WLS Flow Products – Loan Servicing Team, you will spearhead escalated requests, research complex asks for high-impact clients, and lead training and project initiatives. You will work closely with team members, managers, and market partners to ensure efficient loan servicing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process line of credit and loan-related transactions on multiple loan systems.
  • Focus on high-volume activities requiring interaction with multiple internal partners.
  • Interact with team members, managers, market partners, audit, legal, and risk teams.
  • Serve as the primary trainer for new and existing staff.
  • Edit and update procedures with feedback from global managers.
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on multiple loan servicing functions.
  • Create and execute UAT testing scripts across applications.
  • Handle medium to complex research and escalation requests.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Existing Grade 450 - Loan Servicing Specialist IV within any WLS Flow team.
  • High productivity and quality performance metric; top 30% of the current team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in multiple team environments.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain high performance in stressful situations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with loan systems (ACBS, Loan IQ) and support systems (MITS, ANG, PRPC, SHREK).
  • Ability to adapt to internal tracking and monitoring systems.
  • Innovative thinking for process improvements.
