Role and Responsibilities
1. [Attaining production goals] Lead to attain production goals by monitoring the production plan, supply of materials, production process and real-time performance.

3. [Quality management] Manage to proceed with work in compliance with job instruction and standard and lead to find, analyze and improve potential defects in advance.
4. [Education and instruction] Guide employees with the appropriate work method and educate them to enhance their ability.
5. [Improvement activities] Find unreasonable factors or risks on site, conduct improvement activities and raise productivity and quality by improving the process.
