JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Semiconductor Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to semiconductor manufacturing and testing. You will work with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the quality and efficiency of semiconductor production processes. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will report directly to our Semiconductor Manufacturing Manager, and you'll work out of our Plymouth, Minnesota location.

In this role, you will impact the production of semiconductor devices that are used in aerospace applications. Your work will contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology and help drive innovation in the aerospace industry.
This role is Monday through Thursday, 2nd shift (4x10 schedule).

The annual pay for this role is $61,800 - $92,700.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing.
  • Operate assigned equipment, mainly supporting the MEMS Wafer Fab operations.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to semiconductor production.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • U.S. Citizenship due to contractual obligations
  • 2+ Years of Water Fabrication, Clean Room or Manufacturing experience.
  • Strong technical skills in semiconductor fabrication and testing.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
