As a Technical Product Analyst, you will be the Information Technology support for Healthcare Financial Services (HFS) systems at GE HealthCare. In this role, you will partner globally with key HFS experts to support the key global leasing platforms and ecosystem, identify, and execute opportunities to simplify / digitize, coordinate and implement new features, fixes and upgrades with our vendors leveraging our change control process and ensure a high performing production environment with premium user support.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance, support future upgrades and system updates across HFS systems with a focus on global leasing platforms and tax systems including all integrations.

  • Drive applicationstability, issue resolution and compliance with DT technology policies, SOX controls, standards, and procedures

  • Work with global cross-functional teams to deliver features (design, build/configure, test, process) across vendor applications

  • Implement system configuration and data updates across platforms to meet business requirements

  • Provide solid communication, business analysis and project management skills to collate business requirements and drive deliverables on time and on budgetUnderstand and follow the proscribed governance process and development methodology for application development

  • Translate customer requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning

  • Provide input to the short-term product roadmap and product design.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in with basic experience.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, and a basic understanding of financing instruments – including invoicing, sales and property taxes and cash receivables/payments

  • Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems

  • Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts and requirements

  • Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices. Finds important patterns in seemingly unrelated information.

  • Maintains excitement for a process and drives to new directions of meeting the goal even when odds and setbacks render one path impassable.

  • Innovates and integrates new processes and/or technology to significantly add value to GE HealthCare.

  • Able to verbalize what is behind decisions and downstream implications. Continuously reflecting on success and failures to improve performance and decision-making.
