Responsibilities- Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to define and implement new personalization and AI use cases that accelerate adoption, engagement, and ARPC.
- Collaborate with internal advanced analytics and AI stakeholders across the org to understand how to connect our current capabilities and where we have gaps (e.g., work with product managers to articulate requirements)
- Translate customer insights, behavioral data, and business needs into prioritized opportunities and technical requirements.
- Lead test-and-learn roadmaps that validate hypotheses, leveraging experimentation frameworks to optimize personalization strategies.
- Shape multi-channel strategies across email, push, SMS, web, and in-product communications to deliver relevant, timely, and impactful customer experiences.
- Ensure alignment between personalization roadmaps, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Build business cases/opportunities sizing and report out on performance of new capabilities (e.g. revenue impact, ROI, retention) that demonstrate the impact of personalization initiatives.
- Partner with the execution teams (strategic planning, AI, CRM analytics, MarTech, SalesTech, and Sales, operations, etc. ) to ensure use cases are delivered as expected to support our intended growth and innovation goals
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Intuit’s CRM and personalization capability stack, advancing best practices and scaling innovation across ELM and GBSG.
