* Manage project financials including forecast update, submission and invoicing
* Review the SOW and the contractual responsibilities of IBM and the Client;
* Serve as the point of contact to during the execution of the SOW;
* Coordinate/support the project management environment, including reporting tools, monthly reports and governance/ communication protocols;
* Review project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes or additions, as appropriate;
* Measure and evaluate progress against IBM project plans, if applicable, with the Client Service Delivery Manager;
* Establish documentation and procedural standards for deliverable Materials;
* Administer the Project Change Control Procedure in conjunction with the Client Service Delivery Manager;
* Maintain project communications through the Client Service Delivery Manager;
* Conduct regular status meetings with the Client Service Delivery Manager;
* Create and deliver status reports;
* Resolve deviations in the SOW in conjunction with Client Service Delivery Manager;
* Coordinate and manage the in-scope activities of IBM Support Personnel;
*Must be eligible to work in Canada
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in TELCOM projects
Creates, manage, and executes the successful deployment of fiber circuits migrations to mirror the expectations for diverse networks.
Method of Procedure for each circuit migration site initially requires 7 to 10 steps in the process and require multiple site visits
Telecom vendor management – Manages and collaborates with numerous telecom vendors to schedule and complete defined project tasks as listed above
Continuous redefined process to reduce and eliminate waste in the process flow of the project
Collaboration with Senior Director and Senior Carriers representatives on a bi weekly basis on status of entire project.
