As the Change Management Lead for the Global EY.com Transformation Programme, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and ensuring successful adoption of the new platform, processes, and ways of working. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and training initiatives to maximize employee engagement, adoption and minimize resistance to change. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving positive change within a global organization.


In this role, you will be responsible for leading the change initiatives that support the successful rollout of EY.com CMS platform to 120+ markets globally. This will include but not limited to

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in for change initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor on change management best practices.
  • Communication Planning and Execution: Develop clear and compelling communication plans to keep employees informed about the purpose, progress, and impact of the transformation programme. Utilize various communication channels to reach diverse audiences across different regions.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programmes to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively navigate and utilize new digital platforms and tools. Develop training materials, user guides, and tutorials tailored to different user groups and learning styles.
  • Change Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of changes on employees, processes, and workflows. Identify potential areas of resistance and develop strategies to address concerns proactively.
  • Change Readiness Assessment: Gauge the organization's readiness for change through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Use insights to refine change management strategies and identify additional support needs.
  • Performance Measurement and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of change management initiatives. Monitor progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve approaches based on lessons learned.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, IT professionals, HR specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of change management activities with overall project plans and timelines.
  • Driving cohesion and alignment across all delivery teams and vendor to achieve quality deliverables within budget and in time – in line with leadership expectations and to deliver on BMC strategy


Skills and attributes for success

  • Exceptional large programme change management capability honed in complex organizations, working with mixed business, technology and vendor teams
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that drive adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Experience in training design and delivery, with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Proven ability to balance day to day delivery needs, whilst embracing the ongoing innovation potential of new tools and technologies
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organisation with excellent communication and networking skills – able to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Solution focused with a high level of persistence to overcome resistance and obstacles.
  • Strong influencing skills to build a compelling case for change and gain acceptance of product or service.
  • Leadership skills to successfully lead large, diverse and virtual teams, and in some cases, without formal authority.
