Job Description:
Join a team of software engineers building the tooling that enables development to run like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you will work closely with software engineers across all areas of our division. You will work on leveling up our CI/CD and test systems, enabling teams to gather more insight from our CI/CD pipeline, and keeping development flowing. At times your job will be high-level, identifying strategic investments or deciding which new tools to use. Your job will also involve collaborating with other software engineers on integrating new pipelines, and migrating codebases to our common build and test infrastructure. This role will have direct and visible impacts on a team of 200+ engineers.
What You'll Do
Build tooling to support engineering test flights and improve the team’s overall productivity
Be part of our team migrating our build to Bazel to dramatically reduce build time
Apply secure build and release best practices to ensure our build complies with broader corporate secure release requirements
What You'll Bring
Bachelors plus 8+ years of experience in a software development and/or CICD role at engineering-led companies OR Masters plus 6+ years of experience
Expertise in developer tooling, modern tools and best practices
A generalist mindset, with excitement to own problems end-to-end
Experience with Jenkins, Bazel, and K8s are assets to this role
What Else You Need toKnow
The total compensation package for this role includes equity compensation; a discretionary annual bonus; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
Must have legal authorization to work in the US
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is107,000 - $190,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
