Key Qualifications
- Skilled at assessing large numbers of tasks and software bugs to determine priority and severity
- Passion for the customer experience, and obsessive about details
- Strong multi-functional communication and relationship-building skills, both internal and with external vendors
- Constantly seek to improve and automate workflows to deal with an ever expanding slate of products and features
- C, C++, Objective-C, Python and/or other automation language experience
- Familiarity with Bluetooth is preferred, but not required
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,800 and $229,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
