KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Develop comprehensive project deployment plans and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Generate detailed reports using Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to provide management with real-time insights into project statuses.

• Manage the deployment and operational excellence of AV equipment, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience in all meeting rooms.

• Collaborate with international teams to align technology standards and practices, fostering a unified approach to global communication.
• Provide SAP Employees, customers, partners and guests can effectively utilize meeting room technologies in SAP Offices Globally.
• Develop and document standardized processes for meeting room technology management, troubleshooting, and support. Maintain clear and accessible process documentation for the team’s reference.
• Generate and maintain reports related to meeting room technology performance, usage, and trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Create clear and user-friendly guides for meeting room technology usage, troubleshooting, and best practices. Ensure that end users have access to comprehensive documentation to enhance their experience.

• Participate in the assessment, testing, and implementation of innovative meeting room technologies on a global scale

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Experience:
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Understanding of IT asset management systems, showcasing a robust skill set with relevant tools and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in a global team setting.

• Skills:
  • Technical expertise in audiovisual equipment.
  • Certification in audiovisual technology (desirable).
  • Certification in project management (desirable).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, SharePoint, Office 365, Power BI, Teams, and Power Platforms.
  • General IT knowledge with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate globally.
