As a software engineer on this team you will partner with product and engineering leaders to lay the technical vision for a Tier-1 platform ingesting and brokering data to serve 50+ use-cases across Amazon Advertising. You will build and operate an extremely large scale, distributed, highly available and low latency system handling billions of requests a day, using highly optimized in-memory caching techniques. As an engineer on my team, you will peer with senior engineers and product leaders to build and operate an extremely large scale, distributed, highly available and low latency system handling 50+ billion requests a day using highly optimized in-memory caching techniques. These roles have tremendous growth opportunities as you will be working on systems and algorithms on one of the world's largest product catalogs, matching shoppers with advertised products with strict latency constraints (sub 100ms) and delivering tangible shopper experiences.A day in the life

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
