10 years of relevant experience in customer roles, within technical delivery, IT, or pre-sales product engineering.
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
CCIE in Security, Collaboration, Data Center and/or Route Switch or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Be experienced delivering Cisco standard methodologies within our client's infrastructure.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead or guide teams made up of Cisco, Customer and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of technical network problems.
Ability to provide high-level crisis management through anticipation of issues, problems or events and actively resolving them with the Customer and Partners.
Leverage good communication, consulting and consistent engagement to build productive collaborations.
