As a Senior Technical Program Manager on our team, you will:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Experience in software development, demonstrating proficiency in non-abstract large system design, systems architecture, or equivalent.
- 4-8+ years of experience leading technical programs or cross-functional software initiatives in consumer or developer-facing products.
- Demonstrated success shipping client applications (e.g., iOS, macOS) and/or complementary web or backend services.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and make technically informed decisions.
- Strong empathy for users and the ability to reason through product design trade-offs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with technical and executive audiences alike.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Experience working in a dynamic, execution-driven environment.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with location-based services, mapping systems, or AI/ML-powered features.
- Prior success delivering programs at the intersection of hardware, software, and services.
- Passion for product quality, user experience design, and attention to detail.
- Strong growth potential: ability to operate independently while welcoming mentorship and feedback.
