This role is responsible for supporting developing and executing Requests for Proposal with launch providers, assessing new and emerging launch providers, developing launch strategy documents and reviewing and negotiating launch contracts in partnership with internal stakeholders.Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Key job responsibilities
Develop Requests for Proposal for launch providers
Assess new and emerging launch providers
Develop launch strategy documents
Review and negotiate launch contracts in partnership with internal stakeholders.

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- NASA Badge: Ability to pass Kennedy Space Center background checks.

- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience negotiating launch vehicle contracts.
