Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, finance or operations.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in project management, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
Experience with payroll taxation requirements for any one of the APAC countries.
Familiarity with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Familiarity with gross to net payroll processing.
Ability to work effectively with vendors and international teams.
