As anyou are responsible for management of purchase orders placed on behalf of Markets to suppliers for third party medical devices, overseeing and coordinating the purchase order management process through proactive collaboration with other internal and external Supply Chain functions. You will develop relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
You are responsible for
Placing purchase orders to suppliers, communicate delivery dates and check if goods are shipped and delivered on time.
Analyzes production plan and calculates optimal mode for ordering.
Places orders with suppliers and monitors the outstanding order package in terms of delivery time, quality and price.
Responsible for inventory levels and inventory control.
Negotiates and draws up Logistics Agreements
Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines.
Taking care of 3rd parties and intercompany
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Experience in an operational environment, order management, supply chain (stock monitoring, procurement, 3rd parties cooperation)
Fluent in English,
Knowledge of SAP
University degree in business administration / logistics - preferred
Very good communication skills and are customer oriented and always see opportunities to improve the processes (operational excellence).
