Leverage multiple massive and complex data sets to understand our products in depth, identify areas of opportunity
Conduct in-depth analysis of player behavior , utilizing data-driven methodologies to dissect and understand player actions, preferences, and engagement patterns across diverse player segments.
Work closely with the product teams to analyze existing features and ensure a successful implementation of new features.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of offer segmentation techniques and identify opportunities for refinement and optimization
Consistently monitor the product KPIs to ensure its health and drive the product focus
Plan and analyze effective A/B tests in order to improve business KPIs.
Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics and players' experience.
At least 1.5-3 years' experience as an analyst in data-driven organizations- a must
BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as mathematics / Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic knowledge.
Proficient in SQL with demonstrated experience in querying large, complex datasets
Experience with BI Visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) - must
Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and critical, strategic, and problem-solving thinking.
Self-motivated, adept at multitasking, capable of independent work, proactive, highly organized, with a "can-do" attitude.
Team player, a people person, and an agile person that enjoys working with multiple teams.
Experience from the Gaming industry- an advantage.
Solid grasp of statistical significance, models, and tools; Hands-on experience with Python/R is a plus.
Passionate about the gaming industry.
