Resolves complex issues within own area of expertise and supports others in resolving issues.Initiate and drive topics to resolution in a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency.Constantly improves own work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering skills.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and 6 years of progressive experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The employer will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Work Experience:

Experience must involve 4 years in the following:

• Stakeholder requirement intake, advise on reporting solutions, scoping, technical documentation, implementing and rolling out of solutions.

• Business operational strategy ideation and roll out for Product Engineering based on the data insights;

• Perform data extraction and instance configuration on web service applications such as Jira, ServiceNow, Aha!, using Python language and REST architecture;

• Data extraction and analysis in databases MSSQL Server, MYSQL Server, or HANA through SQL programming;

• Reporting and Analysis using Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, or SAP Analytics Cloud to improve operational excellence through data insights;

• Product Design and Management in entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to execution;

• Define product requirements, product roadmaps, execute release strategies, and maintain good customer experience; and

• Train end users on how to use reporting solutions through info-sessions, documentation, and 1 on 1 sessions.
