- Serve as a finance partner to senior leadership, providing visibility, clarity, and guidance on planning, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Own end-to-end forecasting, headcount planning, and reporting processes for your allocated domain.
- Build models and frameworks to support decision-making on organizational growth, vendor or program investments, and long-term financial impact.
- Translate financial data into strategic narratives to support quarterly business reviews, OKR planning, and company-wide planning cycles.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Procurement, Strategy, BizOps, and RevOps to ensure alignment across financial and operational planning.
- Contribute to shaping our financial planning infrastructure, helping to scale systems, reporting tools, and planning processes as the company grows.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or business partnership roles, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
- A strong track record of supporting either builder teams (e.g., R&D, Product, Engineering) or customer/operational teams (e.g., Customer Success, CX, IT, Workplace).
- Solid financial modeling and data analysis skills with an ability to simplify complexity.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, global environments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills — you’re confident presenting to senior leaders and aligning stakeholders.
- A hands-on, proactive approach — you don’t wait to be asked to solve problems.
