Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role, building conversational applications and contact centre applications.
Experience building integrations using one of more of the following languages: Python, Node.js, Go or Java.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
Ability to communicate in Italian or German fluently in this client facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with contact center technologies and platforms or Cloud Contact Center solutions.
Experience with modern cloud architectures and technologies.
Experience in responding to Request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposal (RFP).
Passion for building reusable assets like demos and high level architecture as part of training and enablement programs.
