Job responsibilities
- Maintain business processes (e.g. configuration documents, JIRA practices, SR tracking, etc.)
- Ability to consult and Sustain HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud [ORC] module
- Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience is desired
- Provide clear and concise communication and respond in a timely manner
- Ensure security and release process are followed, reduce risk
- Protect and ensure data privacy and regulations are maintained
- Actively apply lessons learned and acquired knowledge to limit PROD defects and collaborate with Oracle on Service Requests, Customer connect, etc
- Review Oracle release notes in advance and conducts impact analysis
- Meet design deliverables and deadlines, consistent follow through and working independently (self-starter)
- Complete functional testing of the enhancements (reducing / minimizing defects)
- Have the ability to quickly problem solve and get to root cause
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- At least 2 years of experience in Oracle ORC
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exposure to Oracle HCM
- Btech background preferred
