Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Support customer production environments as L2
- Collaborate with L3 support and R&D teams to solve customers' issues
- Maintaining and improving the customer support portal
- Take active part of new SW version release process
- Verify security updates and distribute to customers
- Generate licenses
- Review R&D documentation
- Manage and monitor customers certification expiration
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year experience in a support role / technical customer facing role
- At least 1 year experience in a cybersecurity product company
- Proven experience in networking
- Working with Linux, Unix
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
ADVANTAGES
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Proven experience in IT
Cyber certificates
Knowledge in OT
Experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud services
Knowledge of scripting, Perl, VB and Oracle stored procedures
Experience with working with Wireshark.
Exposure to ZENDESK ticketing systems.
