Partner with other Product Managers in creating client value proposition allowing to increase share of market and obtain competitive position
Deploy profitable marketing strategies, implement key growth initiatives and maintain current market intelligence on overall industry verticals and competitors
Participate in credit cards P&L management with special emphasis on driving revenue lines
Utilize specialty knowledge to review, analyze, and develop beyond existing solutions, as well as develop and communicate a business plan on marketplace approach
Contribute to day-to-day product processes for credit cards including plans and offers delivery, client experience and client communications strategy
Partner with technology and operations teams in creating and implementing changes required to improve processes’ UX and assuring compliance with laws/regulations
Manage credit cards product documentation - both internal and external materials
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in banking/financial sector
Working knowledge of the business
Analytical skills
Sufficient English – both written and verbal (min. B2)
Ability to work with internal/external partners to deliver customer-facing solutions
Ability to collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Business acumen with ability to review alternate courses of action and comprehend trade off decisions
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
