Key job responsibilities- Use the data insights to design, develop and build scalable and advanced machine learning models, algorithms and implement them in production through robust systems and architectures- Be abreast of the advanced research and techniques in the deep-learning and artificial intelligence space, and conduct experiments to give the best output- Develop a roadmap and metrics to measure progress of the initiative they own

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 6+ years of relevant experience in machine learning, algorithm development, big data platforms and technology
- A very strong grounding in applied statistical modeling and a very strong grasp of statistical concepts. Must be comfortable in the world of numbers, models, and algorithms
- A strong level of proficiency in advanced analytics tools (e.g. SQL, R, Python, Spark) to extract, analyze and derive insights out of large and ambiguous datasets
- Understanding of how to apply predictive and machine learning techniques like logistic regression, random forest, Gradient Boosting Machines (GBM), Neural Networks etc. is required
- Strong problem-solving ability, and willingness to dive deep and work on difficult and ambiguous problems with unknown outcomes.
- Ability to partner and work efficiently with partner teams and stakeholders is critical.
- At least 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, consumer facing tech business
- Be abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the internet tech industry
