Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Support go-to-market activities, including training, demos, and technical enablement for internal teams and customers
- Engage with internal and external customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and validate product features
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management with cloud products
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Ensure comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications
- Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation)
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure deployments
- Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architecture, APIs, and integrations
- Proven track record of launching and scaling technical products in cloud environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer-centric product development and strong skills in prioritization to manage product features and improvements effectively.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with AWS DevOps Tools and practices
- Knowledge of cloud Security, compliance and governance
- AWS Certifications (e.g. Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are highly desirable
