Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of change management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive change management plans, track progress, and ensure all deliverables are met within specified deadlines.
- Serve as the local manager for the Issue Resolution team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective resolution of operational challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Operations, Technology, and Compliance officers, to facilitate seamless execution of change initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop robust mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project success.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations, for review by senior management.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements within the change management lifecycle, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 8 years of experience in project management, change implementation, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills to drive team development and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed change management plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of all project components.
- Ability to proactively identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with various stakeholders, including Product Owners, Operations, Technology, and Compliance officers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve change-related issues and improve operational processes.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software (e.g., myPM, MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Background in Wealth Management.
