What you'll do...
By streamlining tax filings and tax audits, your work will contribute to significant savings for Walmart through the substantiation of a lower tax liability. Your responsibilities will include running the monthly Tax Compliance process, which ensures the reconciliation of all tax data as part of the month-end close process. Additionally, you will lead a team of 8-10 talented associates, fostering their growth and development.
Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with our global team based in India, who support the Tax Data Hub application. You will actively work on synergies between the Data and Application teams, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing the overall efficiency of our tax processes.

- You will be responsible for designing and building a highly stable, resilient, and evolutionary architecture for the Tax Data Hub. - You will work closely with our tax business partners, building solid relationships and ensuring that we are aligned in our goals and priorities. By understanding their needs and challenges, you will be able to guide your team in delivering solutions that truly address their requirements. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
