General Purpose:
Accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including supervising warehouse personnel, shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
Work Hours: D Shift (6:00 pm - 6:00 am)
- Supervises warehouse personnel
- Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
- Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
- Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
- Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
- Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
- Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse
Education / Knowledge / Skills
- Experience typically requires a bachelor’s degree – OR - work equivalent experience.
- Typically requires 5 years of supervising warehouse personnel (e.g. delegating workloads, disciplinary action, influencing hiring and termination decisions).
- Typically requires 3 years of materials experience or experience using Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, e.g. Baan, or similar.
- Proficiency with MS Office, e.g. Excel (general, intermediate level)
- Above work experience from contract manufacturing company and/or medical device manufacturer ideal/optional.
Office Skills:telephones, data entry, office software to include Word
processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.

Pay Range (Applicable to Illinois) $50,800.00 USD - $69,800.00 USD AnnualGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain
