Job Description
What will you do in this role:
Own & manage Vault Quality configurations, end user support & operations.
Lead team of individuals that provide service management, perform configurations & operational support.
Serve as the technical expert, supporting the configuration of vault quality for effective systems testing, and assuring thorough validation of changes.
Drive technical assessment activities by reviewing proposed changes and ensuring impact is understood across Vault quality suite of products.
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing by engaging cross-functional teams and leaders across the organization.
Oversee provision of all L2/L3 incident, problem and request management.
Serve as primary operations escalation for Vault quality application.
Analyze, review and maintain service performance against defined SLA and OLA measures.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the SLA and OLA targets and metrics.
Provide regular reports in service performance and achievements to the platform and product stakeholders.
Champion and promote service improvements to continually improve quality and user experience.
Maintain day to day responsibility for the ownership and resolution of significant operational issues.
Provide Product expertise in Veeva Quality suite as a certified Vault platform administrator.

Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, and Science OR in a related field. The job requires a solid academic background on how Information Technology supports the delivery of business objectives.
Veeva Certifications (Veeva Vault/Vault Quality Suite/ QMS). The role holder has completed the Certified Vault Training and is up to date.
Required Experience and Skills:
6+ year of Veeva Vault Quality experience.
Working experience in a GxP environment is required.
Experience in product management.
Working experience with integrating Veeva quality with other enterprise systems & vaults.
Ability to work independently and effectively as a team across global hubs, and maintain a highly collaborative, transparent effort.
Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, English-speaking environment.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience in IT Quality and relevant business areas.
Understanding of Quality Management System Capabilities & relevant processes (Content Management, Product Complaints, Quality Risk Management, Supplier Management, Audits, Issues & Change Control)
Experience with architecture, integration, interfaces, portals, and/or analytics.
