This role requires candidate to be able to understand design of a service to eventually lead performance from a quality perspective.- Design understanding- Defining KPIs- Writing key test scenarios- Manage automation pipelines- Monitor KPIs to flag concerns as necessaryThis role requires extensive understanding automation:Key aspect of this position is to improvise current design by providing technical inputs to engineering teams.- In-dept analysis of scenarios and call flows- Propose optimizations to improve user experience- Propose relevant telemetry as needed
- B.S in Computer science or electrical engineering
- Proficient in automation with strong handle scripting languages like python, shell
- Knowledge of Xcode and Splunk dashboard skills are a plus
- Candidate must have experience in working in a team culture
- Strong communication and soft skills are highly desirable for this role
- M.S in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Proficient is scripting languages like python, shell
- Splunk Dashboards and knowledge of queries is preferred
- Understanding of system components like CPU, Memory and impact on performance
