The successful candidate

• Will be part of the Alts development team that works directly with the GTG investment team and broader multi region business
• Must be curious, hardworking, detail-oriented and motivated by complex business problems
• Should be able to work individually and as part of a team to achieve project goals
• Should be able to switch between business analysis at the early stage project, to design and development, through implementation and to DevOps once the product goes live, covering all aspects of software development life cycle
• Should demonstrate interest in financial markets and be eager to communicate directly with the business users
• Must have a desire to learn and grow their fund management knowledge

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java and React JS
• Experience working with private or public cloud platforms
• A good understanding of database technologies like PostgreSQL or similar
• Experience of Agile Development
• Business analysis and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience of working in enterprise financial services
• Prior experience working in small multi skilled technology teams
• Knowledge and experience in real assets businesses
