The Technology Program Manager will be responsible for a suite of regulatory milestone closures including change management across a portfolio of systems for payment controls, product processor consolidation, and End User Computing (EUC) elimination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the portfolio of regulatory milestones and take them through 20+ tollgates of reviews/approvals/ through to closure.
  • Lead calls and influence decisions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across Operations, Technology, and all Lines of Defense
  • Provide thought leadership to drive decisions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and own execution of opportunities, end to end, to drive operational efficiency.
  • Ensure close governance and tracking across the full implementation plan and alignment against Regulatory commitments.
  • Change control driver and ensures they are going through proper governing channels.
  • Demonstrates ability to identify potential risk issues that need escalation and escalates them promptly.
  • Ensure key results are well defined and clearly communicated with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and support performance measurement and management ranging from strategic franchise development scorecards toproject/function-specificmetrics.
  • Enforce a culture of SDLC best practices across the technology group.
  • Utilize proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards.
  • Manage a team of staff and provide guidance and direction.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, strategy development and execution
  • Internal Auditing background preferred
  • Project Management certification preferred.
  • SDLC or Agile technology experience preferred
  • Experience working in a global, dynamic environment.
  • Strong listening, presentation, communication, and influencing skills. Articulates with confidence to senior management.
  • Superior Planning & Organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and work across various groups globally.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills are required to influence a wide range of audiences.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
