Title: Functional Consultant

The selected candidate will:

• Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. You will align technology with business strategy, working directly on gathering requirements to analyse, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.
• Delivers solution with good quality and pre-defined configurations.
• Develops, modifies and maintains solutions or infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the relevant standards.
• Works with users to capture requirements and peer reviews specifications.

Your key responsibilities

• Functional expert in a product development team providing crucial expertise in the responsible functional area.
• Assist the product teams in translating business and product requirements into functional requirements, models and software architecture.
• Contributes to defining the product's architecture with the solution architect and the implementation team(s).
• Supports the product owner in writing user stories and offers crucial functional knowledge for shaping the end to end process and data flow.
• Support and advise product owner by ensuring technical and architectural feasibility, readiness, and compliance.
• Drive adoption of newer cutting-edge technology within the organization through knowledge sessions, adoption of the same in the solution, etc.

Skills and attributes for success

Ideally, a Person with 8+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO and 5+ years in S/4HANA Finance, RE-FX, and RAR having expertise in E2E Implementations, Rollout, Upgrade, and Support Projects in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. A minimum of three E2E Implementation experiences are required. You will also be:

• A team player with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Constantly updating yourself about new offerings from SAP as well as market conditions
• A winning personality and the ability to become a trusted advisor to the stakeholders

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience in requirements gathering, User Story creation and grooming, blueprint preparation, system configuration, testing, cutover, Go-live and operations.
• Work experience in relevant SAP Financial Services consulting services engagements or business environments
• Candidate should have experience having participated in a minimum of one major RE-FX and RAR Module.
• Investment and Construction (SAP FXA)
• RE-FX - Maintenance and Repair (SAP EAM)
• RE-FX - Space Management
• RE-FX - Sales and Marketing
• RE-FX - Contract and Lease Management (SAP CLM)
• Must worked on Configuration and Integration of RAR with SAP SD
• Must worked on SAP RAR interface with Third party system.
• RAR baseline configuration including decision table maintenance
• Must worked on upload template for loading operational documents into RAR
• Revenue Price allocation knowledge as per US-GAAP and IFRS
• Must worked on enhanced RAR for contract combinations & Price allocation as per SSP
• Strong work experience in SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance and Sub Modules with multiple E2E implementations
• Strong experience in SAP New GL, AR, AP, AA, Basic CO and FSCM
• Understanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modules
• Experience in SAP Public and Private Cloud are a huge plus.
• Education: Accounting and Finance (MBA/M. Com/CA/ICWA)

• Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged;
• Should possess good product instinct and excellent project management skills to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution
