What you'll do...

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic Campus technology team supporting corporate estate Technology and Engineering. You will be responsible for overseeing seamless integration of 3rd party products that enable world class campus experience for our associates. You will be instrumental in defining the 3rd party product integration framework, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. Delivering core capabilities that cut across our Accounts Digital experience Systems with a deep focus on building new platform capabilities for Insights and Analytics will be the charter for this role.



What you'll do:

  • Create scalable and sustainable framework for 3rd party product integration in to Walmart environment
  • Own and Manage relationship with vendors that has integration touchpoints with our Corporate real-estate software solutions
  • Create operational support structure that enables best customer experience for onsite associates across the global locations.
  • Create a collaborative environment across geography for delivering best services to our end users across in our Distribution Centers around the world.
  • Engage and guide the team technically. Get involved in design and architecture and hands on coding if required.
  • Own and support delivery for all applications in your area of responsibility.
  • Provide technical direction, architecture leadership and expertise to the team.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate security measures into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks with 3rdparty implementations.
What you'll bring:
  • Platform-focused decision-making, balancing technical and business needs in fast-paced, complex environments to ensure performance and scalability.
  • Clear vision for future-ready Web and mobile architectures, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of frontend technologies, particularly in mobile, optimizing for scalability, performance, and developer efficiency.
  • Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams to align on platform goals.
  • Proficiency in API development
  • Advanced knowledge of complex software design, distributed system design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent technical debugging and production support skills.
  • Strong business acumen, integrating technical vision with strategic business insights.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
