As a Director of Onboarding Operations you will be responsible for:
- Ensure high levels of service are provided to both customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining and improving satisfaction and compliance standards.
- Develop, improve, and oversee compliance processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements and operational needs.
- Monitor and enhance the overall quality of work within the onboarding group, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
- Act as the focal point for compliance Operations, Compliance and Business related escalations, addressing and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Represent the unit in relevant internal and external forums, advocating for the unit’s needs and contributing to broader organizational discussions.
- Manage the unit’s efficiency and ensure that goals and targets are met, aligning operations with strategic business objectives.
