• Master or bachelor or equivalent level in a technical profession
• 10-15 years of relevant working experience, including all aspects of project development and execution, demonstrating record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology and 1-5 years of program management experience
• Direct report responsibility Managing at least 4 (Senior) project/program leaders
