As the Nethanya Site PMO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our innovative R&D site. Collaborating closely with site leadership, you’ll optimize operations, drive cross-functional initiatives, and maintain high standards of quality, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Lead the strategic partnership with site stakeholders to enable seamless site operation
  • Establish and streamline site project management including process, tools, governance and standards
  • Orchestrate projects (such as unified SOP; site CBP), ensuring alignment with timeline, budget and quality standards and effective execution of site and nonclinical group plans
  • Lead special site projects involving all functions & implement Teva’s cross site initiatives
  • Partner with IT, QA, Procurement, EHS and facilities on-site and ensures alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Effectively communicate complex project information and risks to senior leadership and site stakeholders
  • Responsible to generate reports and presentations
  • Support site data and governance and monitor KPIs and performance measurements
Your experience and qualifications
  • • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management
    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment – A must. Experience working in pharmaceutical, medical device or biotech industry is an advantage.
    • Proven experience working in a matrix environment, managing different stakeholders and working with senior management
    • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement project plans and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
    • Good understanding of manufacturing, Quality and EHS processes and procedures
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project and others.
    • Knowledge in share-point and BI tools
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues and recovery plans to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and risks.
    • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Fluent English (spoken and written).
    • Good presentation skills
