Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience troubleshooting optical networks.
- Experience working on Layer 1, 2, and 3 networking technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in network automation software development.
- Experience with optical network planning and design or field operations in network data centers or colocation facilities.
- Knowledge of optical networking, including Fiber optics and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technologies.
