Product Marketing Manager

About the role:

• You will have a deep understanding of our customer segments, their needs, and advocate for them within the organization, driving marketing requirements to meet their needs.
• You will analyze industry trends, competition, and market direction, and provide insights on the evolution of our products within the broader market landscape.
• You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop a differentiated product offering and experience, communicated effectively at key moments in the customer journey to drive action.
• You will engage with business leaders using your comprehensive understanding of how our services deliver customer impact and identify potential opportunities.

About you:

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
• Proven ability to build trust and partner with cross-functional teams to bring new products and programs to market with high quality.
• Strong analytical thinking and financial acumen to identify the most beneficial actions for our customers and business.
• Expertise in detailed go-to-market planning through the customer lifecycle and executing new launches in collaboration with go-to-market teams, sales, and other stakeholders.
• Results-driven, with a focus on setting and achieving goals for product acquisition, adoption, and retention.
• Experience in creating compelling messaging and working with creative teams to develop sales and marketing tools such as datasheets, white papers, training materials, infographics, and videos.
• Ability to act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a constantly evolving environment.

The starting pay range for this position is $95,890.00-$157,540.00. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations. For further details, please discuss with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
