Your Role and Responsibilities Who you are: A senior solution consultant having deep knowledge of Oracle’s ERP and non-ERP products & technologies and hyperscalers, with experience of creating winnable value propositions by stitching together a basket of Oracle & non-Oracle components.
What you’ll do:
Work with internal sales team and Oracle to generate opportunities.
Work with clients to create opportunities or get notified early on a client’s requirement.
Work with internal sales and alliance team for deal qualification.
Engage with client’s key stakeholders and create the Oracle solution – modules, timelines, effort, risk mitigation plans etc., cutting across Oracle’s on-premise or SaaS offerings, technologies and cloud options that can seamless work along with other non-Oracle offerings, technologies and hyperscalers. Work with other internal solutioning team members and SMEs while crafting the end-to-end solution.
Work closely with Oracle for functional and non-functional requirement fitment, finalization of Bill of Material and infra & network requirements.
Work closely with vendors who can partner with us in different solution areas.
Lead Oracle Service Area in the internal solution approval process.
Prepare and deliver client submittable documents.
Lead client presentations on Oracle solution and value proposition.
Work along with IBM solutioning team for solution finalization – Oracle as well as its connects with other applications.
You will be part of the solution pursuit team during the bidding process to ensure alignment with sales, client business and technology strategy.
You also need to help identify and create a differentiated value proposition.
Where the customer needs or requirements span multiple technologies including Oracle ERPs, you will work as a part of a larger bid team crafting a cohesive, coherent and efficient solution. You will need to work very closely with pre-sales teams / solution architects from other IBM Practice Areas / Growth Platforms

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Qualification – B.E. / B.Tech / MBA from a reputed institute or a Chartered Accountant
Total years of experience of working with Oracle ERP products & technologies – 10 years or more
Sale & Deliver experience across multiple Oracle products say – Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle SaaS ERP, Oracle SaaS HCM, Oracle SaaS CX, Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle Siebel.
Excellent connect with sales & leadership team in Oracle, India.
Excellent connect with client CXOs in India.
Has experience of solutioning large complex deals comprising of Oracle products, Cloud – Oracle or other hyperscalers, integration with non-Oracle solutions, etc.
Good experience in analysing & researching on RFPs and in understanding of RFP, RFR documents, online proposal submissions etc.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Expertise in certain industry verticals.
Has strong connect with vendor ecosystem operating in Oracle space.
Ambitious individual with ability to deliver with minimal supervision.
