Job Responsibilities:

  • This position is accountable for managing a team of administrative assistants in support one or more LOB’s in multiple locations including but not limited to San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dallas.
  • Lead day to day team activities and manage coverage.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with the business leadership team we support
  • Coach and mentor team; develop team leaders where appropriate.
  • Facilitate and oversee hiring process.
  • Enforce a dynamic control/ compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead the performance management process for direct reports.
  • Participate in compensation planning

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Human Resources and/or experience managing large teams is preferred
  • Prior experience in an Investment Banking or Financial Services organization is preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong and independent problem solving skills
  • Customer service / Client facing experience
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to listen well and influence others
  • A self-starter who is organized and consistently meets deliverables
