This position is accountable for managing a team of administrative assistants in support one or more LOB’s in multiple locations including but not limited to San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dallas.
Lead day to day team activities and manage coverage.
Develop and manage strong relationships with the business leadership team we support
Coach and mentor team; develop team leaders where appropriate.
Facilitate and oversee hiring process.
Enforce a dynamic control/ compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Lead the performance management process for direct reports.
Participate in compensation planning
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
3+ years of related experience
Human Resources and/or experience managing large teams is preferred
Prior experience in an Investment Banking or Financial Services organization is preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong and independent problem solving skills
Customer service / Client facing experience
Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to listen well and influence others
A self-starter who is organized and consistently meets deliverables
