Client Delivery & Relationship Management- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance and advisory services.
- Collaborate with internal teams across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Take ownership of client relationships, acting as the face of EY and building your personal brand.
Technical Responsibilities- Lead the preparation and review of corporate tax computations and returns in accordance with Irish and international tax legislation
- Deliver tax advisory projects including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions
- Interpret and apply changes in tax legislation, advising clients on implications and opportunities
- Prepare and review tax provisions and deferred tax calculations for financial reporting purposes
- Represent clients in engagements with Irish Revenue, including audits and correspondence
- Utilize tax technology platforms and data analytics tools to enhance compliance and advisory efficiency
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Design and deliver technical training sessions for junior staff to support their development
Team Leadership & Development- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring they gain exposure to a broad range of technical and practical experiences.
- Support performance reviews and contribute to the growth and retention of talent within the team.

To qualify for the role you should be
- Qualified or partially qualified in ACA (or equivalent), law and/or Tax; orAITI qualified.
- Working or have worked in a tax role either in practice or industry.
- Technically strong and keen to develop further.
