- MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or business operations with a tech company.
- 6 years of experience in people management.
- Experience working in or with federal government agencies/contractors or US defense and security organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience working in or with cloud technology companies.
- Experience in collaborating with executive level cross-functional leaders.
- Excellent business judgment, problem-solving, and analytic skills and ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems.
- Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
