What you'll be doing
  • Leveraging the common toolkits and infrastructures, independently design, develop, and implement new data extraction, transformation, and loading processes in production.
  • Design, develop, and optimize dashboards, tools, and visualizations to monitor trends of invalid or low-quality traffic, detect suspicious behaviors within our ad inventory, and assess operational performance.
  • Work closely with analysts and data scientists to integrate machine learning outputs, anomaly scores, and classification signals into BI products.
  • Support existing processes and implement optimized solutions with limited guidance, with the ultimate goal of maximizing automation.
  • Consistently recommend and implement innovative workflows to meet the shifting demands of this dynamic industry.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in BI development, data analytics, or related fields.
  • Practical experience with SQL, ETL, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, Scala, or others).
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or others).
  • Extensive experience with modern BI tools to create impactful visualizations (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with different collaborators across teams, as well as a self-starter who can operate and drive work to completion independently
You might also have
  • Adtech and/or mobile gaming industry experience
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and a strong understanding of data warehousing principles.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, scaling, and managing containerized applications using Docker and/or Kubernetes.
  • Working knowledge of statistics, A/B tests, data modeling, and/or machine learning concepts.
  • Previous experience communicating and presenting technical concepts to various audiences

Gross pay salary$125,300—$156,600 USD
