Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead HRT capability and develop strong relations with global partners. Establish HRT pillar of expertise within the practice, grow and lead a team of HRT SMEs/experts
  • Liaison with regional member firms selling work in the HRT space to build project pipeline. Collaborate and build relationships with the Communities of Practice and Leaders in these regions to get visibility into their pipeline. Identify and build new capabilities in the team based on trends in various market regions
  • Lead HRT development efforts using leading market technologies and digital solutions. Provide advice and guidance as a subject matter expert and work effectively as part of a large distributed program team
  • Delivering HR Transformation programs in a wide variety of contexts including ERP implementations, Service Delivery, Op Model redesign and transformational change programs
  • Working with senior leadership to create alignment in order to support program success
  • Developing holistic change management strategies that succinctly articulate how change will be managed in the context of a transformation program
  • Identifying and deploying leading edge communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques
  • Develop thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance the HRT offering within the practice
  • Ensure quality of delivery, manage engagement risk, project economics, escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting
  • Perform role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team
  • Implement strong people practices and policies; provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning, performance management and career development

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 17 - 19 years of experience in HRT and consulting domain
  • Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in managing HR Transformation projects across 1 or more of the following areas: HR Tech implementation, process re-engineering, operating model redesign, HR SSC implementation, etc.
  • Master’s degree in HR or similar full time MBA/EMBA
  • Experience in the following areas: HR Transformation, People Analytics, Change and People Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Organizational Design, Training, and Culture change
  • Experience in managing large teams as well as multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Providing advice and guidance on client projects in subject matter areas

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Expertise in the below:
    • Hands on experience in HR operating model design and organisation design
      • Design of role descriptions and role catalogue
      • Design of RACI documentation
      • Benchmarking and design of organisation structure
    • Experience in Shared services advisory
      • Design of shared services model and organisation structure
      • Design of shared services documentation – Work instructions, test scripts, SOPs
      • Transition to shared services environment – Knowledge transfer, Training, Testing
    • Deep understanding of End to end HR processes (hire to retire)
      • HR process mapping and optimisation experience
      • In depth knowledge of end to end HR processes (hire to retire)
      • Expert in process documentation using ARIS, Visio and other tools
    • Strong experience in HR systems – HCM solutions and RPA
      • Knowledge of one or more HCM cloud – Oracle, SAP and other out-of-box HR technologies
      • Working knowledge of Robotic process automation and its application in HR
  • Experience of working with a Big 4 consulting firm
