Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with Sales and Operations Planning and Demand/Supply Planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and tools.
- Experience in Analytics/SQL/BigQuery and knowledge of financial and cost accounting practices.
- Experience with development and implementation of planning systems and processes.
- Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning processes.
