Job Description

What will you do?

• Collaborate with FP&A stakeholders and IT teams to deliver financial planning solutions using SAP tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere, and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying technology-driven improvements.
• Implement, configure, and maintain SAC solutions to meet business needs and support FP&A activities.
• Participate in Agile development processes and support team collaboration across geographies.
• Support system enhancements and provide creative solutions to optimize financial processes.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

• BA/BS in a related field or relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience with SAP tools, particularly SAC or BPC, or familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes in a Fortune 500 setting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Office 365 tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAC planning, scripting, and integrations.
• Exposure to Agile development practices.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A processes and tools.
• Interest in learning and contributing to FP&A transformation projects.
