This role will require you to work closely with global and cross-functional teams such as Analytics, Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Legal, Fraud, and Finance.   • 3+ years of experience as a manager of specialists in the Data/ML/Decision Analysis space
  • Well versed in Decision Analysis (based on normative Decision Theory) and know how to build decision models incorporating both uncertainty and value
  • Experience with machine learning and easily able to explain a wide spectrum of machine learning and Gen AI techniques to a lay audience
  • Experience with performing and presenting business evaluations using Decision Analysis at executive levels
  • Have a teacher mindset to nurture and spread knowledge
  • Love analytical problems that require a sharp problem-solving mentality and the ability to think outside the box
  • Advanced Excel user with an eye toward making your models beautiful and easy to work with
  • Enjoy writing clear, punchy memos on complex analytical topics
  • Have a learn-and-grow mentality and want to be challenged in a nurturing and supportive environment
  • Have a long-term outlook toward creating impact with a strong emphasis in cross-functional collaboration
  • Masters or PhD in Decision Analysis, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Engineering R&D
  • Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem
  • Familiarity with Bayesian AB Testing
  • Familiarity with ML modeling and deployment
  • Experience teaching Decision Analysis concepts
