Verbal and written communications with local and international clients;
Calculation of taxable base and individual income tax from various income sources (including securities transactions, compensation, dividends, etc.). Preparation of tax returns for private clients in accordance with current tax system requirements (including general reporting);
Training, delegating, and reviewing work done by junior employees;
Participation in building an efficient team for successful project implementation (workload monitoring, evaluation of junior colleagues' work, and involvement in recruitment);
Studying and continuously deepening knowledge in the field of individual tax, including international legislation, and migration laws, as well as other related matters;
Conducting research on various legislative issues, including interpretation and practical application of current Kazakhstani and international legislation;
Verbal and written communications with Kazakhstani tax authorities;
Training junior employees, including conducting various technical trainings;
Requirements:
Experience as a consultant in individual tax and international employee relocation for at least 2-3 years;
Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level;
Confident PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Good communication skills;
Ability to organize the work of multiple individuals and effectively work in a team;
Ability to efficiently manage working time and multitask;
